About Eric L. Dilworth

Chief Executive Officer

  • Eric served as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) for the Federal Government, retiring in 2025. In this executive leadership role, he oversaw strategic human capital initiatives, workforce planning, talent development, and agency-wide Human Resources (HR) programs that supported complex missions.
  • Eric brings more than 35 years of HR knowledge and strategic leadership experience. Before retirement, he served in SES roles at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
  • Eric’s extensive federal career also included 29 years as a civilian Human Resources Officer with the United States Air Force. Throughout his Air Force tenure, he led personnel programs at the Pentagon and across international and domestic locations, including Germany, Japan, Italy, and multiple U.S. installations.
  • Eric holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
